BERGENFIELD HIGH SCHOOL PRESENTS: THE DIGITAL DILEMMA – SAFER SCREENTIME & SOCIAL MEDIA USE

It is clear that exposure to screentime and social media is causing devastating harm to teens and young adults. From anxiety and depression to lower grades, lower attention span and an inability to sustain positive social relationships; our kids are suffering. Generation Z, the most connected generation, is now known as the loneliest generation ever measured. From exposure to pedophiles and aggressive peers, to algorithmic amplification of harmful themes, our kids are placed in constant danger online. This class exposes the most concerning dangers of screentime and social media use, while providing parents with some real world techniques to protect their children.
